The General Assembly of the Ibero-American Network for International Studies – RIBEI announced, in its meeting of the 3rd of October in Bogota, the integration of the EU-LAC Foundation as observing member of its Network.
Up to now the only entities with observer status of RIBEI are the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and CAF - Latin American Development Bank.
