On May 17th, the Board of Governors of the EU-LAC Foundation met in Brussels to commemorate the official entry into force of the Constitutive Agreement, and the subsequent transformation of the EU-LAC Foundation into an International Organisation.
With this unique transformation, a significant milestone in the history of the Foundation is achieved. The Foundation will operate with a fully-fledged status, which will allow it to develop its activities and accomplish the ambitious mandate given by its members.
The strategic partnership between the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean has now its very own International Organisation: The EU-LAC Foundation.
