The initiatives on innovation and governance in the border regions play a fundamental role in the development of value chains in the EU and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). The INNOVACT EU-CELAC platform has developed pilot activities in four border regions of LAC, in Mexico / Guatemala; Colombia / Ecuador; Colombia / Peru and Peru / Chile. The experiences, analyses and proposals resulting from this process were gathered in joint reports and action plans that will allow the wide dissemination of the project. Read paper
