Employers' Confederation of Latvia (LDDK)

The Employers Confederation of Latvia (LDDK) is the largest employers organization of Latvia, representing 42% of all employees in Latvia. It participates in socio-economic negotiations with the Parliament, the Council of Ministers and the Confederation of Free Labour Unions of Latvia.
