Within the framework of the Latin-American Days the international organisation FIAN (FoodFirst Information and Action Network) organises the presentation of Milton Yulán Morán (lawyer of the rural organisation "Tierra y Vida" (Earth and Life), member of FIAN Ecuador and advisor of FIAN International).
Nearly 10 years have passed since the new constitution and the new political concept of "Buen Vivir" (Good Living) entered into force. Milton Yulán Morán will address the reality of agriculture reforms and the sovereignity of nutrition, from the perspective of the postulates of the constitution.
