We congratulate Dr. Adrián Bonilla of Ecuador for his appointment by unanimous decision of the Board of Governors, as Executive Director of the Foundation for the next 4 years. Mr. Bonilla will take up his duties as soon as he can travel safely to Hamburg. The current Executive Director will remain in office until his arrival.
An outstanding academic, Dr. Bonilla has been Professor and Director of the Ecuadorian branch of FLACSO, General Secretary of FLACSO and Secretary of Higher Education of his country Ecuador.
