Cooperation Agreement: EU-LAC Foundation - OBREAL GLOBAL

Hamburg and Barcelona.  17 December 2020 - The European Union-Latin America and the Caribbean Foundation (EU-LAC Foundation) and OBREAL GLOBAL OBSERVATORY have sealed their willingness to cooperate by signing a framework agreement which establishes the basis for cooperation in the development of programmes and activities of mutual interest.

The agreement between the EU-LAC Foundation and OBREAL Global promotes, among other activities and actions, the joint organisation of events, congresses, seminars, workshops and publications, with the aim of strengthening historical and contemporary links between both regions, recognising the evolution of relations between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as development in the countries that make up the bi-regional community.

The agreement was signed telematically with the participation of the Executive Director of the EU-LAC Foundation, Dr Adrián Bonilla, and the President of OBREAL GLOBAL, Dr Ramon Torrent.

With this agreement, OBREAL GLOBAL and the EU-LAC Foundation reinforce their commitment to cooperation as a mechanism to contribute to the visibility and strengthening of bi-regional relations between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean.
