Dr. Lucy Pedroza, researcher at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA), will present her book Policies towards Emigrants in Latin America and the Caribbean. Dr. Lorena Oyarzún, academic at the Institute of Public Affairs, and Pedro Hernández, vice director for International Migration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will comment on the presentation.
The translation into Spanish and printing of the book, originally published in English, have ben funded by the EU-LAC Foundation.
