The Institute Mines-Télécom Bretagne, under the European chair Jean Monnet, presents the colloquium “Rights and sovereignty in the time of the Internet: what are the challenges for Europe?” The colloquium will be held in Rennes, France the 12th of September 2014 and will address the challenges and constraints that Europe and Europe’s citizenry are facing in the protection and fulfilment of their sovereignty to information.
