Our Director Adrián Bonilla participated in the event 'Challenges of multilateralism during the pandemic: Latin American, European and African cases' co-organised by the Institute of International Studies (IEI) of the University of Chile. The need to protect existing multilateralism and to expand its capacities was highlighted.
