The CELAC-EU Youth Days: Decent Employment are organized by the EU-LAC Foundation and the government of Ecuador with the support of the ILO, European Youth Forum and the Latin American and Caribbean Youth Forum. The theme is decent employment: a topic of mutual interest for the societies of the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean.
The objectives of the event establishing a platform for constructive dialogue between young people from both regions, consolidating a bi-regional network of youth networks and engaging the youth from both regions with the policy-making process. The outcome of the Youth Days will be presented as input for the next EU-CELAC Summit of Heads of State and Government that will take place in Brussels, June 2015.
