The Caribbean and the CELAC – EU Strategy

The EU-LAC Foundation, the Interuniversity Insititute for the Relations between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean (IRELAC) and the Institute of the Americas (IDA) are organizing an international seminar  dedicated to the issues and challenges the Caribbean region is facing in the framework of the EU-CELAC relationship.

In three panel discussions, distinguished guest speakers, academic experts and official authorities will speak, among other topics, about climate change, financial constraints, interconnectivity challenges and the changes in regional cooperation between the EU and the Latin American and Caribbean partners.

The event will take place on 14 May 2013 from 9.30 AM to 5.45 PM at the Brussels Management School (ICHEC).
