The conference contextualizes, in its political and economic dimensions, the Brazilian environment which emerges after the change of government on May 12, 2016. The focus of the conference will be on the opportunities and challenges related to this context, which occur during the development of European and French companies, and a particular focus on issues of strategic, organizational and cultural transformation. This will be illustrated from real-life examples.
Frédéric Donier is a French resident in Brazil since 1995 . He is the founder of a consulting firm in strategy and transformation. He has guided many enterprises through their adaptation to the Brazilian context for 20 years.
