The 55th International Congress of Americanists is organized through a collaboration between various universities in El Salvador. The general theme of this conference is "Conflict, Peace and Construction of Identities in America". The topic will allow scholars from the social and human sciences in the region and the world to analyse, from a multidisciplinary perspective, conflicts, challenges, struggles and peace processes , and reflect on how they have built the American identities.
