The EU-LAC Foundation will participate in the Third EULAC-Focus Project Event
From the 29th to 31st of March 2017, the Secretariat for Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation together with the Yachay University for Experimental Technology and Research (Yachay Tech) will host the 3rd EULAC Focus meeting in Quito, Ecuador about the theme "Giving focus to the Cultural, Scientific and Social Dimension of EU - CELAC relations“.
The project, funded under the EU programme Horizon 2020 and led by the University of Barcelona, includes 19 partners, from Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean working together to analyse the Cultural, Scientific and Social dimension of EU-CELAC relations. Its aim is to contribute and provide strategic orientation for the development of EU -CELAC strategic partnership.
The Executive Director of the EU-LAC Foundation, Paola Amadei, will participate in the discussions with the EU -LAC Focus team as an external expert to the Transectorial Board of the project.
In addition, a public panel will be organised during the first day of the event.
