Nancy González Guzman

Salvadorean nationality, with Master Studies in Development Policies from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea and Bachelor of International Relations from the University of El Salvador. 

Nancy is responsible to assist the Executive Director and manage diverse processes for the Cabinet. Before joining the EU-LAC Foundation, she gained experience supporting the administration of Development Cooperation projects for developing countries at the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the prestigious Consulting Engineering Company Dohwa, and the General Secretariat of the Central America Integration System (SG-SICA). Nancy also volunteered with the German NGO Leb Bunt e.V. supporting projects related to inmigrants and seniors in Germany. She speaks Spanish and English fluently and has good knowledge of German.
