The EU-LAC Foundation and the Iberoamerican Institute of the University of Salamanca are pleased to launch the first edition of the "Update and Training Programme for Young Diplomats on the EU-CELAC Strategic Partnership", scheduled to take place in virtual format between 22 November and 3 December this year. The course is aimed at training young diplomats, through a series of lectures followed by seminars, in order to allow participants to interact on the partnership and integration processes in both regions developed by recognised experts and authorities.
The EU-LAC Foundation will be providing a full scholarship to cover the expenses of the programme. For this first edition, applications received before 10 September 2021 will be considered. As a prerequisite, the application must be made officially through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or through its Mission to the European Union in Brussels, the candidate must have the rank of Secretary and preferably not exceed 30 years of age.
