Keynote Lecture with Dr Juan Gabriel Tokatlian on 'Dilemmas and Challenges for Latin America in the Post-Pandemic Period'.
Within the framework of the series of lectures 'The Europe-Latin America relationship in the contemporary international order', the Vice-Rector of the Torcuato Di Tella University, Dr Juan Gabriel Tokatlian, held a Keynote Lecture on the 'Dilemmas and Challenges for Latin America in the Post-Pandemic Period'.
He presents the possible effects arising from the changes in the dynamics of the international system and their consequences for the relationship between Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Union. He exposes the main elements of the global and regional context, in order to reflect, firstly, on what have been the challenges and limitations that Latin America and the Caribbean faced before the pandemic; and, secondly, on which of these problems can be explored in a post-COVID-19 world.
